Human and Physical Resources

The human resource base of GPSVS consists of 114 people of different backgrounds. These include seven qualified, dedicated, experienced and technical professionals; 25 hardworking and committed support staff, 44 part time staff members and 105 volunteers and community workers.

A well defined structure is in place to efficiently run the organisation.

Physical Resources

The head office of the organisation is situated in the operational area itself.  A liaison office is also in existence in the state capital Patna.

The following infrastructural facilities are available with the organisation:

• Three storied office building with a constructed area of 4,000 sq. ft
• Five acres of land
• Two four wheelers and four motor bikes
• Six computers
• LCD projector
• Generators – two portable and one fixed
• Well-equipped health clinic, vision centre and pathological laboratory
• Furniture and fixture and other necessary facilities for the organisational requirements and fieldwork
